SYNOPSIS
Antoine, Rémi, and Cyril, all in their thirties—the age when people are building their lives—suffer from mental health disorders. Now “stabilized,” they have come a long way and face a daily struggle to live with their illness, gain independence and freedom, and adapt to the world around them.
With the help of medication, but also through work, the practice of an art form, sports, and relaxation—and thanks to the support of loved ones and organizations—they have regained a balance, often a fragile one, but at least they feel they are living, and no longer merely surviving.
The film chronicles the struggles they’ve had to face—first to simply cross the street, then to return to school, find a job, and sometimes, to enter into a lasting romantic relationship…
