SYNOPSIS
Dmitry, Alice and Clara are Quadball players (formerly known as Quidditch), a sport which core value is inclusivity. While mixed-gender teams are rarely observed in collective sports, how and why does this sport, straight out of Harry Potter universe, manage and advocate the cause of inclusivity?
In their club, he, she, and they find not only a place to play sports, but also a supportive community, a window to the world, and a place within the group despite their individual differences. Regardless of their performance, physical appearance, gender, or age… everyone has a role to play on the team and strengths to bring to the table.
Here, they can exist beyond standardized norms and ideals, challenge the barriers of discrimination, and share a field of equality.
